About
One operator, one focus, one price list.
The operator
Jason Willis. Solo developer. Air Force veteran with a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Data Analytics, currently finishing an MS in AI Software Engineering. Healthcare Web Pros is what I do when I'm not shipping FedJobAdvisor (a federal-jobs SaaS) or running my homelab.
I build sites for independently-licensed solo clinicians because the niche is real, the buyers are underserved by generic agencies, and the work fits a single operator who's honest about what he'll and won't do.
Who I serve
- NP-owned practices — PMHNP, FNP, WHNP, AGNP, PNP, and other autonomous-practice nurse-practitioner specialties in Full Practice Authority states
- RN-owned businesses — concierge / private-duty RN, IV-hydration, wellness injectables, RN-led case management
- MSW / LCSW in private practice — clinical social workers in states where independent practice is licensed (LCSW, LICSW, LCSW-C, LMSW where applicable)
- Adjacent solo clinicians — therapy, functional medicine, weight-loss / metabolic, telehealth-only — when the solo-or-small-group profile fits
See Who we serve for the per-vertical breakdown.
What I won't do
Saying no is part of the brand. The list:
- No HIPAA-regulated PHI handling.Every site is a static brochure. Patient data lives inside your booking / EHR platform (SimplePractice, Jane.app, IntakeQ, GrowTherapy, Headway, Alma, etc.) under that vendor's BAA. I am not a Business Associate.
- No EHR customization. Same boundary. The site links to your platform; the platform handles charting, scheduling, billing, and secure messaging.
- No hospital / enterprise / multi-location group work. The pricing and workflow are built for solo and small-group practices.
- No hourly billing. Every deliverable is flat-priced before work starts. See care plans.
- No long contracts.Setup is one-time. Care plans are month-to-month (or annual prepay if you prefer the discount). Cancel anytime; I'll hand off your site files cleanly.
Why solo?
Solo operator means you talk to the person who builds the site, who ships the changes, who answers the email at 2pm Tuesday when your booking link breaks. No project-manager layer. No offshore subcontractor. No quarterly account-rep churn.
It also means the practice can't be 50 sites at once. If there's a waitlist when you reach out, I'll say so up front and put a date on it.
