    Confirm fit, clarify gaps, agree on a launch timeline — or land on a waitlist date or a no. If we're a go: annual maintenance prepay waives the build fee.

  4. If we're a go

    Build begins

    First draft inside two weeks; you review, we iterate, site goes live. Your prepaid year starts at launch.

I'll return your call as soon as possible. We'll walk through the basics together. If you've got a couple minutes first, the intake form gives me background so the call is decisions, not data-gathering — but it isn't required.

  • Practice type — NP, RN, MSW, or other; specialty if relevant
  • License state(s) — primary plus any additional states you practice in
  • Care delivery — telehealth, in-person, or hybrid; who you see; what services you offer
  • Fees — cash rate, no-show fee, insurance status, sliding-scale policy
  • Booking platform — SimplePractice, Jane.app, IntakeQ, GrowTherapy, Headway, Alma, Calendly, or other
  • Contacts — general inquiry email, plus optional insurance / records / privacy addresses
  • Brand direction — three words that describe your practice, a palette vibe, any existing brand assets
  • Care plan you're considering— Starter, Growth, Authority, or "let's discuss"

Bio paragraph, tagline, and a few open-ended brand questions come up later in the conversation rather than upfront.

Before you start — fit check

I'm not the right fit if you need custom in-house EHR development, a patient portal, electronic prescribing, integrated billing, a hospital system site, a multi-location enterprise site, or anything that stores or processes PHI on this website. I can connect your site to third-party tools for scheduling, intake, patient portals, payments, telehealth, and analytics when those tools handle regulated patient data on their side.
