What to include in your first email
- Your practice type — NP / RN / MSW / other; and your specialty if relevant
- License state(s) — so I can confirm scope fit (and note any Full Practice Authority constraints)
- Current website if you have one — a link is enough
- Booking platform you use or plan to use (SimplePractice, Jane.app, IntakeQ, GrowTherapy, Headway, Alma, Calendly, etc.)
- Timeline pressure, if any — opening date, content event, marketing push
None of this is required to start a conversation. Even a one-line email works.
