Your site attracts visitors, presents the practice, and channels prospective patients to your existing booking and EHR platform. The site can advertise new-patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, secure messaging, and payments — every one of those is a link to yourthird-party platform (SimplePractice, Jane.app, IntakeQ, GrowTherapy, Headway, Alma, etc.).

I am not a Business Associate and do not assume HIPAA, PCI, or data-handling liability. Patient data lives inside your booking/EHR system under that vendor's BAA. This keeps costs low for you and the boundary clear for both of us.

Output is a prioritized 3–5 page action plan: which existing pages to expand, which content gaps to fill, and where pages are cannibalizing each other's rankings.
