Process
From first email to live site. Five stages. Flat-priced; no proposals, no scope debates, no surprise overruns.
- 1.
Discovery
~30 minute callYou email me. We do one short call (or async — whatever you prefer) to confirm fit, talk through what you have today, and agree on scope. I send you a fixed price + timeline before any work starts.
Output: signed engagement letter, deposit invoice, intake form link.
- 2.
Intake
async, on your scheduleYou fill out a structured intake form covering: practice name + domain, clinician bio + credentials, license states, services and fees, booking platform, contact addresses, headshot, hero photos, brand vibe. The form is the only structured back-and-forth — once it's done, I have everything I need.
Output: complete intake + photos + booking platform credentials (only the URL — I never see patient data).
- 3.
Build
days, not weeksI scaffold your site from intake, drop in your photos, and ship a live preview at a private staging URL. You walk through it. We iterate on copy + visual choices. Legal pages ship with sensible boilerplate that you (or your attorney) review before publication.
Output: working preview site at a private URL, ready for review.
- 4.
Launch
DNS cutover + verificationYou approve. I point your real domain at the production deploy. SSL provisions automatically. I run launch verification: DNS, headers, search-engine indexing, mobile responsiveness, accessibility. Any old site stays alive in the background for 30 days as a rollback window.
Output: live site at your real domain; final invoice settled.
- 5.
Care
monthly or annualIf you signed on for a care plan, the recurring work begins: hosting + backups + monitoring, dependency patching, small content edits, monthly traffic summary, and tier-specific extras (HIPAA mail at Growth+, blog posts, GBP posting, review monitoring). One email channel; I respond within the SLA for your tier.
Output: your site stays current, secure, and indexed without you thinking about it.
No proposals, no scope debates
The pricing is on the care plans page. The work is what's on this page. The boundary is the "won't do" list. If you want to start, the next step is an email.
