Practice context

A group LCSW practice has a different selling proposition than a solo therapist — patients pick the practice for the breadth of specialties and insurance acceptance, then pick the clinician for fit. The site has to support both decisions: 'is this group the right place?' and 'which person on the team is the right person?'

The buyer often comes through insurance — they have a list of in-network therapists, recognize the practice name, and land on the site to vet the clinicians. The 'match me' intake is the conversion lever: patients who do not want to commit to a specific clinician up front get triaged to the right person without making the decision themselves.

The associate-clinician load is the LCSW-specific regulatory weight. In California, Texas, and most states, associate-level licensees (LMSW, ACSW, LCSWA) must display their supervisor's name in advertising. The template handles supervisor-disclosure per clinician bio so the practice can mix full-license LCSWs and associate-level clinicians without per-state copy edits.

Why this layout works

A group practice's site is a directory plus a triage system, not a single-therapist sales page. Filter-driven bio cards let the insurance-driven patient self-serve to a likely fit; the 'Match Me' intake catches the patient who does not want to commit yet. Per-clinician license blocks are required so associates can be displayed with supervisor names (California / Texas mandate this for any associate-level licensee). Testimonials default OFF for the whole site — credibility carries through team breadth, credentials, and clarity of the matching process.
