Practice context
Direct Primary Care is a flat-fee membership model: patients pay a monthly retainer, get unlimited visits and messaging, and the practice does not bill insurance. PAs are increasingly the lead clinician in DPC panels — the supervision overhead is small, the patient relationship is long, and the economics work at a 300-500 patient panel.
The buyer is a self-employed professional, a family on a high-deductible plan, or a small-business owner offering DPC as a benefit. They want predictable cost, real access, and a clinician who knows them. The site sells against the friction of conventional primary care — the phone trees, the wait, the surprise bills — without bashing the alternative.
The PA-specific design choice is in tone. PA-led DPC works in OTP states without complication; in supervision states the practice is structured with a collaborating physician on retainer, named in the supervisor disclosure. Membership copy avoids any implication that the PA is operating without oversight where state law requires it.

Why this layout works
DPC's biggest conversion barrier is unfamiliarity — most patients have never heard of it and don't know whether it's 'insurance' or 'concierge medicine' or 'just another wellness scheme.' A 3-step explainer in the hero band answers that without forcing a long-form sales page. The membership cards make the price commitment concrete (cheaper than most patients expect), and a transparent 'What's Included' table prevents the 'will I be nickel-and-dimed?' anxiety that kills membership sign-ups. The supervising-physician disclosure stays in the About bio — visible but not the lede.
